سياسة الخصوصية — برق (Barq)

السياسة دي بتوضح إزاي منصة "برق" — بتشمل موقع barq-downloader.online وتطبيق BarqMobile على أندرويد — بتتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية. باستخدامك لأي منهم، إنت موافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.

1. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

بيانات الحساب: لو عملت تسجيل (اسم مستخدم، بريد إلكتروني، كلمة مرور مشفّرة).
بيانات الاستخدام: الروابط اللي بتحمّلها، تاريخ ووقت التحميل، المنصة المصدر (يوتيوب، تيك توك، فيسبوك، إلخ)، وسجل التحميلات المرتبط بحسابك لو عندك واحد.
بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، معرّف التطبيق، عنوان IP — لأغراض الأمان وتحسين الأداء.
بيانات الدفع (للمشتركين في بريميوم): بنستخدم بوابة الدفع Paymob لمعالجة الاشتراكات — إحنا مش بنخزّن بيانات كارتك البنكي على سيرفراتنا خالص، دي بتتعامل معاها Paymob مباشرة حسب سياستهم الخاصة.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies): بنستخدمها للحفاظ على جلسة تسجيل الدخول وتفضيلات الاستخدام على الموقع.
إشعارات تليجرام: لو اخترت تفعيل التنبيهات، بنخزّن معرّف محادثة تليجرام (Chat ID) بتاعك عشان نقدر نبعتلك الإشعارات.
بيانات الإعلانات: تطبيق BarqMobile بيستخدم خدمة إعلانات طرف ثالث (Start.io) لعرض الإعلانات المُكافأة — الخدمة دي ممكن تجمع معرّف إعلاني (Advertising ID) وبيانات جهاز عامة لأغراض استهداف الإعلانات، حسب سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بيهم.

2. إزاي بنستخدم بياناتك

تشغيل خدمة التحميل وتوفير سجل تحميلاتك.
معالجة اشتراكات بريميوم والتحقق من حالة حسابك.
إرسال إشعارات (تحديثات، تنبيهات دعم فني) لو فعّلتها.
تحسين أداء واستقرار الخدمة، واكتشاف ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
الرد على طلبات الدعم الفني اللي بتبعتها من داخل التطبيق.

3. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف تالتة

إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي حد. بنشارك بيانات محدودة بس مع:

Paymob — لمعالجة المدفوعات.
Telegram — لو فعّلت الإشعارات، لإرسال التنبيهات ليك.
Start.io — لعرض الإعلانات جوّه تطبيق الموبايل.
مزوّد الاستضافة (Contabo) — لتشغيل السيرفرات اللي بتستضيف الخدمة.

الأطراف دي عندها سياسات خصوصية مستقلة بتحكم استخدامهم للبيانات، وننصحك تراجعها بشكل منفصل.

4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك نشط، أو حسب ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. بنستخدم إجراءات أمان معقولة (تشفير كلمات المرور، اتصالات HTTPS) لحماية بياناتك، لكن مفيش نظام مضمون 100%.

5. حقوقك

تقدر تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك المخزّنة عندنا.
تقدر تطلب تعديل أو حذف حسابك وبياناته المرتبطة.
تقدر تلغي تفعيل إشعارات تليجرام في أي وقت.

6. خصوصية الأطفال

الخدمة دي مش موجّهة للأطفال تحت سن 13 عام، ومش بنجمع بيانات بشكل متعمّد من الفئة دي. لو عندك سبب تعتقد إن طفل قدّم لنا بيانات، تواصل معانا فورًا للمراجعة والحذف.

7. تعديلات على السياسة

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي من وقت للتاني. أي تعديل جوهري هنعلن عنه على الموقع أو داخل التطبيق، وتاريخ آخر تحديث هيتغيّر أعلى الصفحة.

This policy explains how the Barq platform — including the website barq-downloader.online and the BarqMobile Android app — handles your personal data. By using either, you agree to the practices described here.

Advertising data: BarqMobile uses a third-party ad service (Start.io) to show rewarded ads — this service may collect an advertising identifier and general device data for ad targeting, per their own privacy policy.

Processing Premium subscriptions and verifying your account status.
Sending notifications (updates, support alerts) if enabled.
Improving service performance and stability, and detecting/preventing abuse.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with:

Paymob — to process payments.
Telegram — to deliver notifications if enabled.
Start.io — to display ads within the mobile app.
Our hosting provider (Contabo) — to run the servers powering the service.

These parties have their own independent privacy policies governing their use of data; we recommend reviewing them separately.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable security measures (password hashing, HTTPS connections) to protect your data, though no system is 100% guaranteed.

You may request correction or deletion of your account and associated data.
You may disable Telegram notifications at any time.
